I am a qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and Counsellor registered with the UKCP, BPC and FPC.

I have over 5 years experience of working therapeutically with adults within my own private practice, an esteemed training organisation and several charities.

I offer weekly sessions of inclusive, contemporary and non-judgemental psychotherapy to people of all genders and sexual diversities, from all walks of life.

I have a great deal of experience surrounding domestic violence and abuse, those affected by suicide and suicidal feelings, and LGBTQ identified people.

I have a particular interest and experience of working with adoption. This is inclusive of adopted, fostered and 'cared for' people, and also those who have been affected by adoption in other ways, such as having had a child adopted.

I see clients in three different locations at present - all of which are served by excellent transport links.

I have a practice in Stoke Newington which is in North East London and is just a few minutes from Stoke Newington Church Street. My city based practice is situated by Mansion House and Bank tube stations – it is also only a short walk from Cannon Street, Monument and St. Paul's stations. Thirdly, I also have a practice on Borough High Street which is only a couple of minutes from London Bridge Station.

All are quiet, relaxing and safe spaces where I hope you will feel comfortable to explore whatever it is that is troubling you.

The initial consultation is £60. This is an opportunity for us both to explore the best way to help you, and whether you feel therapy is right for you. If for whatever reason you feel I would be unable to help you, I will do what I can to offer you an alternative referral option.

For once weekly ongoing sessions, I charge £50-£80 at my practice in Stoke Newington, and £60-£90 at my practices in The City and London Bridge. This sliding scale is dependent on income.

I believe that therapy should be accessible to all, and because of this I do offer a limited number of places for those who are unable to afford the full fee. This is strictly subject to availability.

All of my practices are easily accessible via various public transport options. I can provide directions and route options if required.

Unfortunately at this time I do not have full disabled access. My city based practice is served by a lift, however there are a small number of steps involved with all locations.
